Wind

Stand in the wind and scream at it

The wind ripping the sound out of your throat

And hurling it past you

No one will hear your fury

As long as the wind keeps it for itself

Your voice lost in the gusts and bellows

The wind cares none for your loneliness

Taking everything you have and tossing it on end

The wind is a beast that has no empathy nor compassion

The wind is a wild woman hell bent on ruining your day.
