finding art in death and life
we view our art as a celebration of the gift of life in death, honoring the animals from which these bones come. each piece is a unique testament to the beauty and complexity of life, death, and the wide weird world in between.
with decades of experience in the unique art of bone crafting, we are two partners who find inspiration in each other and the world around us. our journey began as coast dwellers, now in the inland northwest, we unearth hidden treasures and transform them into
one-of-a-kind art pieces.
all bones have been collected legally and ethically. some of these gracious animals were supper before they became art, some were roadkill. either way they live on in glamour and glitz, remembered for their gift of life for death.
each creation is a labour of love, taking years to complete, and features real, actual bones combined with poured paint and mixed media materials. influenced by both punk & hippie cultures, our work reflects a deep passion for art activism and agricultural macabre art.
